What are the best new ideas in OD?

Our February program was on “Best Practices and New Ideas in Six Areas of OD”. In our very popular “six small groups” format, participants had their choice of shared learning on culture change, on leadership development, on managing generations, on organizational communication, on organizational effectiveness, and on performance management.

For our Question of the Month, we are posing the general question of “What are the best new ideas in OD?” Of course we also welcome members comments on any of the six subject areas of this meeting.
